Der Alta Mora Etna Rosso DOC vom Weingut Cusumano stammt von den Hängen des Ätna und trägt die Herkunft Etna Rosso DOC. Aus 100 % Nerello Mascalese vinifiziert, zeigt er ein helles Rubinrot. In der Nase finden sich rote Beeren, Kräuter und mineralische Noten vulkanischen Ursprungs. Mit 13,5 % Vol. Alkohol wirkt er elegant, frisch und fein strukturiert, mit langem, mineralischem Finale. Ideal bei 16–18 °C zu Fleisch, Pilzgerichten oder mediterraner Küche.
