La Cantina Fondazione Edmund Mach, situata a San Michele all’Adige (Trentino), è un punto di
riferimento per la viticoltura e la ricerca enologica. Fondata nel 1874, è nota per l’innovazione nelle
tecniche agricole e vinicole, nonché per l’impegno nella valorizzazione dei vitigni autoctoni trentini come
Teroldego, Lagrein e Gewürztraminer.

moderne. I vigneti, che si estendono su terreni collinari a diverse altitudini, producono vini freschi ed
