This elegant vintage sparkling wine from Valentini di Weinfeld comes from Trentino and is made from 100% Chardonnay using the traditional bottle fermentation method. The Trento DOC designation guarantees the highest quality. With 12.5% ABV and a fine Brut dosage, it impresses with freshness, precision, and elegance. In the glass it shows a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals notes of green apple, citrus fruits, and white flowers, complemented by delicate hints of brioche and almonds. On the palate it is lively, creamy, and harmonious with clear structure and a long, fresh finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, and light appetizers. Serve at 6–8 °C. 0.75 L.
