Description

The Borgo Imperiale Brut is a spumante made from 100% Glera, 11% ABV, produced using the Charmat method and available in a magnum bottle (1.5 L). The color is pale yellow with fine and persistent mousse. The bouquet reveals fresh fruit aromas of apple, pear, and white flowers that are complemented on the palate by pleasant liveliness and balanced acidity. Served at 6–8 °C, it is suitable as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as salads, fish, or seafood. The magnum bottle supports slow maturation, emphasizing the freshness of the Glera grape.
