The Antica Fratta Franciacorta DOCG Essence Nature is a cuvée of Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Nero (70%), 13% ABV, produced using the Metodo Classico. “Nature” means that no sugar is added after the second fermentation (Brut Nature), highlighting the natural freshness and elegance of the grapes. Its perlage is fine and persistent, while the bouquet shows white flowers, citrus fruits, green apples, and light minerality. On the palate it is dry, fresh, complex, and long-lasting, with a clear structure and harmonious balance.
