The Foss Marai De Marai Spumante Extra Dry is made from 100% Glera, 11% ABV, produced using the Charmat method. Pale yellow in the glass with fine perlage, it reveals delicate aromas of apple, pear, and white flowers complemented by fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious, and slightly sweet, showing the typical balance of an Extra Dry style. Served at 6–8 °C, it pairs well with aperitifs, light appetizers, or fish dishes. Its uncomplicated freshness and drinkability make it versatile for casual gatherings or festive occasions.
