The Antica Fratta Franciacorta DOCG Essence Rosé is a rosé sparkling wine made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay from various cru vineyards, 13% ABV, produced using the Metodo Classico. Its bouquet is characterized by red berries, strawberries, raspberries, floral notes, and a hint of brioche. On the palate the wine impresses with freshness, fine acidity, velvety texture, and a long finish. It is suitable as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, light meat dishes, or summer cuisine. The combination of grapes from different cru vineyards provides complexity and a harmonious balance of fruit, structure, and minerality. Served at 6–8 °C, it reveals its full aromatic richness.
