Description

The Arzana Cartizze Superiore DOC is made from 100% Glera grapes, 11.5% ABV, produced using the Charmat method. It belongs to the Cartizze DOCG category and appears pale yellow with fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals floral notes, fresh fruits, and a light honey tone typical of the prestigious Cartizze vineyards. On the palate it is elegant, harmonious, slightly sweet, and lively, ideally served at 6–8 °C. It pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fresh fruit, pastries, or as an aperitif. The Glera grape here reveals its delicate fruity aromas and characteristic freshness, making this spumante an excellent representative of the Valdobbiadene area.
