Description
An elegant extra-dry Franciacorta made from Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, Erbamat and Pinot Bianco. Light yellow with fine perlage and aromas of citrus, white flowers and yeast. On the palate fresh, dry and harmonious. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish and seafood dishes. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C. Producer: Barone Pizzini, Lombardy, Italy.
