The Ca’ del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut is a Franciacorta DOCG made from 10% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Bianco, and 75% Pinot Nero, 12.5% ABV, vinified using the traditional method. The color is pale golden with fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals aromas of white fruits, almonds, and delicate yeast notes that convey complexity and elegance. On the palate the Extra Brut is dry and structured, with balanced acidity and a long, harmonious finish. Served at 6–8 °C, it is ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, seafood, and light appetizers. Precise grape selection and long aging on the lees guarantee quality and finesse.
