The Cà Dei Frati Rosé Brut Cuvée Dei Frati is made from Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera, 13% ABV, and produced using the traditional method. It stands out with a fine, lively perlage and a bouquet of red berries, cherries, rose petals, and light brioche notes. On the palate it shows fresh, elegant acidity, a harmonious structure, and a long finish. Served at 6–8 °C, it reveals its fruity elegance and aromatic complexity.
