The Leone de Castris Negroamaro Salento IGT Elo Veni is a characterful red wine reflecting the authentic expression of Negroamaro. Intense ruby red with dark reflections, it reveals ripe cherries, dark berries, plums, spices, and Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied and harmonious with soft tannins and pleasant structure, it has 13 percent alcohol and is best served at sixteen to eighteen degrees Celsius with grilled meats, hearty pasta, or aged cheese.
